By accessing or using ShanHai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
ShanHai is for lawful personal use only: protecting privacy, bypassing geographic restrictions, and securing your internet connection. You may not use ShanHai for illegal activities, malware distribution, DDoS attacks, spam, or fraud.
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period. Pay-as-you-go packages are one-time payments. Prices are in Chinese Yuan (¥). We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Refunds are offered case-by-case for technical issues preventing the service from functioning as described. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via Telegram support.
ShanHai strives for high availability across all nodes but does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not liable for downtime caused by ISP interference, government blocking, force majeure, or maintenance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShanHai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the three months preceding the claim.
